macarons?! ive been waiting for this day as well. esp since i was going macaron crazy during korea. we did an experiment on this recipe so obviously it didnt turn out quite like we wanted. macarons are tough, one must have the pulse to combine the dry w the meringue properly. chef was going for a caramel apple inspired macaron, so i guess it was ok that they were browned at the feet. hah. as bob ross always said, “there are no mistakes, just happy accidents”
