3rd attempt.

so i’ve been trying to master the craft of the french macaron. i’ve only made them twice at school, but i have my mates and chef to help; not to mention a whole kitchen lab w all the equipment. but on your own… its a lot harder than it seems. so technical. i found some sites w good tips, foodnouveau &  misohungry. this is my 3rd attempt this week, on a basic vanilla macaron. even tho they all didn’t turn out quite right, i’ve progressed since batch 1. so im hopeful. now only if i can develop those feet…
