mochi balls w red bean and mongo bean filling. and im personally proud of the coconut green tea ice cream. used coconut cream instead of ordinary cream as the base for the creme anglaise. infused the milk w 2 boxes worth of green tea and viola! deletable gooodness…. cant wait for january: frozen desserts month.
